Defining, implementing and validating the design of production processes.
Defining and managing the purchase and adaptation of tools and production machinery, needed for new projects.
Calculating the costs and investments for new projects.
Defining and implementing process automation and optimization.
Reducing the ratio of productive incidents.
Maintaining close contact with Headquarters in Stuttgart to ensure compliance with standards as well as the coordination of new projects.

When possible initial practical experience in the form of internships and projects in the field of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, need definition and the purchase of productive machinery is desirable.
Excellent University degree
International experience gained through internships or a semester abroad
Additional qualifications such as an apprentice certificate, Master degree or MBA are preferred
Extensive specialized know-how – including specific software skills
Business fluent in Spanish and English, an additional language as German is highly appreciated.
Willingness to work internationally
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Strong interest in technology
High level of flexibility and goal orientation
