Tinkerers Lab, is a Digital Fabrication Laboratory specialized in areas of Science and Technology, alumni of the European Space Agency-BIC Barcelona and members of the CBA-MIT Fab Labs International Network.
We combine different technologies, such as Digital Fabrication, Space Technology, Computer Vision and 3D Projection mapping, to create innovative applications for Smart Cities or IoT projects. We also work with Rapid Prototyping technology (RRT).
For our RRT area, we are seeking profiles related to Advanced Studies in Design and Prototyping.
Descripció lloc de treball:
Responsible for R&D&I for protocols and guides in design projects using prototype creation processes, CAD and Digital Fabrication technologies (Industry 4.0) for prototypes conceptualization and fabrication process.

- Màster universitari en Enginyeria de Sistemes Automàtics i Electrònica Industrial

Demanem:
Qualification type: Master students
Degree: Màster Universitari en Estudis Avançats en Disseny-Barcelona (MBDesign)-EPSEVG
Required knowledge:
Strong knowledge of prototype creation processes and industrial CAD design
Software: Solid Works, Fusion 360, On-Shape (Rhinoceros will be valuable)
Hardware: Notions in Digital Fabrication technology will be valued
Required skills:
English (C2-proficiency level); fluent Spanish
Experience in managing R&D projects (analysis, design, prototype development, validation)
Methodology and research in the engineering of industrial design and Rapid Prototyping
Strong analytical background
High-resolution capacity, motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, creative and sociable person
Experience in European projects (H2020, etc.) will be valued
