Junior Analyst

Your role as Junior Consultant Salesforce.com
• You will support our clients to optimize commercial operations across Marketing, Sales and Service, enabled by the Salesforce Clouds and Platform
• Work with onshore and offshore teams of Cognizant and of our clients
• Document your status and progress in our system
• Have attention for quality, maintainability, performance and testing
Job Requirements
To be considered for the role you should have the following:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Business or other related degrees.
• 1 year of relevant background work after graduation.
• Understanding of CRM / commercial operations and processes
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with global project teams
• Good English communication skills. Nice to have one other major European business language.
• Flexibility to work from any location in Europe
• Be a European passport holder.
